Make-A-Wish® South Carolina is honored to be the chosen recipient of a large gift from State Credit Union®.
Through in-branch and online promotion of their Make-A-Wish South Carolina campaign, State Credit Union has raised $17,282 in just sixty days for Make-A-Wish South Carolina.
With this generous gift, Make-A-Wish South Carolina will be able to grant more wishes for children like 3-year-old Hunter, who wished go to Florida theme parks while battling lymphoid leukemia.

The effort they put forth towards this campaign as well as their gift itself, speaks highly of the generosity of the State Credit Union’s employees and members.” said Mary Silverberg, donor care and youth programs senior manager for Make-A-Wish South Carolina.
A public check presentation, as well as a meet and greet will be held on August 16, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at State Credit Union’s headquarters located at 800 Huger St, Columbia, SC 29201. Hunter and his family will be in attendance to talk about their amazing trip.
