Writing Letters To Santa with Macys Believe

During Macy's Believe, you can visit a Macy's store and write a letter to Santa. For each letter written, Macy's will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish up to a $1million.

Make-A-Wish granted a visit to a Red Sox game, Katlyn Gould turned it into an opportunity to change lives.

It was six years ago, but there’s a lot Katlyn Gould still remembers. The sharp needles. The eventually familiar, but always uncomfortable poking and prodding. The port that had to be inserted into her neck because her veins were too thin for the IV. The way chemotherapy treatments would make entire days of her life disappear from memory.

Upstate teen organizes Make-A-Wish car show

Rachel Panagakos is a senior at Greer Middle College Charter High School and was responsible for completing a a year-long Senior Project. She chose to make that project a car show to generate awareness and raise funds to grant wishes for upstate children through Make-A-Wish® South Carolina.
The show was a great success. Funds were raised through vehicle registrations and on-site donations. Families were able to enjoy music, food, raffles and games while at the show.
