Bill Tiller, President & CEO of Make-A-Wish South Carolina, announced today that the organization appointed Michael Stolarczyk, William Horton, and Joseph Joy to the Board of Directors.

Michael Stolarczyk serves as Chief Operating Officer with Harry Barker, a Charleston, South Carolina, based pet product manufacturer founded by Carol Perkins. Mr. Stolarczyk possesses a robust background in operations, distribution, and logistics. Stolarczyk has his Bachelor of Science with West Virginia University, where he also serves on the Advisory Board of the business school.
William Horton is the Chief Financial Officer for the Leisure and Entertainment division of Jarden Corporation (NYSE: JAH) in Columbia, SC. Previous experience includes leadership positions with Office Depot, Thomasville Furniture, and Procter & Gamble. Mr. Horton completed his Bachelor of Science from Miami University and MBA from Wright State University.
Joseph Joy presides as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales Support with New Breed Logistics, part of XPO Logistics (NYSE:XPO). Additionally, he is a Board Director with Be Green Packaging, a thought leader in the $142 billion sustainable packaging market. Mr. Joy holds an MBA with Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown.
